One of the main projects of being employed by Trustco Media was the initial brand development of the company. Trustco Media develop iOS applications as well as publications for tablet devices and so a sleek identity that related to the technology that work was being created for made sense and created a connection between the two for potential clients to see.
I created the logo by actually stripping away elements of previous designs to create a recognisable visual that can be used in a multitude of ways. The owner wanted to use a typeface that complimented the logo and echoed its shapes and so I opted to use bold type for the logo and headings and smaller, thinner type for copy and other general text in the agency’s stationery. Being a creative agency the colour scheme had to portray creativity and boldness so the creatively associated colour orange was the chosen accent colour and simple greys and white were used elsewhere to keep the identity sleek and in keeping with the style of work the agency produce.
I also created imagery that is used in the agency’s publication material, stationery and website. Trustco Media are a full service digital agency and so a main agency visual was created to represent what the agency do in a visual way. I worked on this project as the lead graphic designer at Trustco Media.
